The TESSY distribution medium includes:
- TESSY & CTE software and documentation
- The TESSY Floating License Server (FLS) as stand-alone installation
- TESSY-related documents from Hitex (white papers, application notes, FAQs, articles, testimonials, etc.)
You may also download only parts of the TESSY distribution medium, e.g. only the TESSY & CTE software or only the FLS stand-alone installation.
The TESSY & CTE software is suitable for evaluation and product update. An evaluation license key can be requested over the web after the installation of the software. The document How to evaluate TESSY describes how to request an evaluation license for TESSY and how to make the best use of it.
On request earlier versions of TESSY are available.
